Seasonal Pit Parking/Winter Storage

TMP is pleased to announce that we will now be offering Seasonal Reserved Pit Parking, as well as Winter Storage.

Spots will be delegated out on a first come, first serve basis. All reserved spot holders from the 2018 season will receive the first opportunity to secure their spot for the 2019 season, and so on.

2018 Pricing

Rental area is 25 feet wide x 70 feet long

Seasonal Spot:

April 1 – November 10

$425 +HST

Winter Storage:

November 11 – March 31

$150 +HST

RULES

Area is to be kept neat and tidy, with no obstacles to interfere with grass cutting
Pit Parking lessee is responsible to trim areas around their trailer in a reasonable timeframe
All garbage is to be left in front of your pit area for easy access for pickup
Unsightly vehicles and trailers will not be permitted
All standard rules for motorhome and camping apply
Toronto Motorsports Park is not liable for any damage, vandalism or theft

ACCESS:

Access to site is allowed at any race with paid admission
Access to site on weekdays will be permitted during operating hours, but must be scheduled in advance
Lessee understands and agrees to move trailer in extenuating circumstances, such as TV filming, etc.
